Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Gulf Holdings LLC, doing business as Patenture ("Patenture," "we," "us," and "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit patenture.com or contact us through it.

This policy covers the public website and the contact form. Information you share during an engagement, including patent materials, is governed by the mutual NDA and the written data-handling annex signed at the start of that engagement, not by this policy.

1. Information You Give Us

When you send a note through the contact form or email us, we collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your company name and website, if you provide them.
  • The topic you choose and the message you write.
  • The page you sent the form from.

Please do not send claim language, unfiled variants, trade secrets, or anything you would not say in public through the form or by email. A public description and the patent number are enough to start. Confidential material waits for the mutual NDA.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you browse patenture.com, our hosting and measurement providers collect standard technical information, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, and timestamps.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site measurement and to understand which companies visit the site. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked before analytics and visitor-identification tools load. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a decline.

3. How We Use Information

  • To reply to your note and decide whether an engagement fits.
  • To send you a confirmation that we received your note.
  • To keep a record of inquiries and correspondence.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To secure the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Service Providers

We rely on the following providers to run the site and handle inquiries. Each processes information only as needed to provide its service to us.

  • Vercel: website hosting, traffic analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Supabase: storage of contact form submissions.
  • Postmark: delivery of inquiry notifications and confirmation emails.
  • Google: business email, and Google Analytics site measurement where permitted.
  • PostHog: site usage analytics where permitted.
  • Apollo.io: identification of the companies visiting the site where permitted.
  • Sentry: error monitoring.

Gulf Holdings LLC operates more than one business on shared systems. Information you give Patenture is used for Patenture inquiries and is not used to market other Gulf Holdings LLC businesses to you without your request.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of all or part of the business.

5. Retention

We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, to maintain business records, and to meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time, subject to records we must keep by law.

6. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@patenture.com. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

You can decline analytics through the consent prompt where it appears, through the Global Privacy Control signal, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

7. International Transfers

Patenture is based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

patenture.com is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
