1. The Site Is Informational

Any engagement is governed exclusively by a written engagement letter signed by both parties, together with the mutual NDA and data-handling annex, and those documents control over anything on the Site.

Patenture is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the Site, in a reply to an inquiry, or in any correspondence is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. Claim construction, validity, freedom to operate, and prosecution strategy are questions for your patent counsel.

Content on the Site is general commercial information. It is not investment, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a promise of any commercial outcome, license, or revenue.

3. Contacting Us

Sending a note through the contact form does not create a client relationship or any duty of confidentiality. Do not send claim language, unfiled inventions, trade secrets, or other confidential information before a mutual NDA is signed. We may decline any inquiry for any reason.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any law.
• Submit false, misleading, or infringing information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with its operation.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest the Site or its contact information at scale, except as permitted by robots.txt for search indexing.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the contact form.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and the Patenture name and marks, is owned by Gulf Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Your patents and inventions remain yours. Using the Site or contacting us grants Patenture no rights in them.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites, such as professional profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Holdings LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf Holdings LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
