Market already known

You know who needs it. We get you in the room.

Mandate Review, by Patenture.

You already know who needs your patent. What you need is the package that earns a meeting, the relationships that get you into the room, and someone to run the process to a term sheet. Fixed fee, so every dollar of the deal stays yours.

Built for security, identity, and trust technology: hardware security, cryptography, identity and access, payments and fraud, and regulated markets.

Why a fixed fee

Brokers take a share of the deal and pass on most patents. Patenture charges a fixed fee and takes none of it.

Fixed fee. No equity, no success fee, no patent assertion. Your patent stays yours.

The review

Mandate Review

About one week, fixed fee

A plain answer on whether your market thesis holds against your claims and the people who would buy, and whether we would take the mandate.

Who it is for

A patent owner who already knows who needs the patent and wants it licensed or sold: a founder, an operating company divesting non-core patents, or an inventor whose patents fall below what a broker will take.

What you receive

Your thesis tested against the granted and pending claims and against the categories of licensee and buyer who would pay, the deal shape that fits (license, sale, or both), the gaps a buyer's diligence would find first, and a yes or no on the mandate. A no is a finished deliverable, with the reasons in writing.

What follows

Where the thesis holds, the Licensing and Sale Mandate takes it to a term sheet.

The mandate

Licensing and Sale Mandate

Fixed setup fee, then monthly for a set term

Your patent packaged, pitched through the relationships that get it into the room, and run to a term sheet, with every dollar of the deal staying yours.

Who it is for

An owner whose thesis has passed the Mandate Review and who wants a license or a sale run by someone who has pitched patent portfolios to strategic acquirers and licensees before.

What you receive

A pitch package with a non-confidential summary, a one-page map of claims to products, and a data room; a validated list of licensees and buyers; outreach through global OEM, channel, and industry relationships; and deal management to a term sheet, with your patent counsel drafting and closing. Patent assets only: never the sale of a company, never a capital raise, never a finder's fee, never a success fee.

What follows

The mandate ends at a signed term sheet or at the end of its term, with the package, the buyer list, and every conversation handed to you.

Confidentiality

Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA and a written data-handling annex: what we receive, where it is kept, who sees it, and the deletion certificate you receive at close. Counsel can review the annex before intake.

Patenture is not a law firm. The claim explainer and the counsel question list are commercial analysis; claim construction, validity, and prosecution strategy stay with your patent counsel, whose access is a condition of the engagement.
